Readathon – Newdigate School !

Today we launched Readathon and what a fantastic turnout!

Thank you to all the parents who managed to come along this morning.  For those of you who couldn’t make it, please do go onto the Readathon website to learn more about the event.

Every child will come home with a sponsorship form along with a bookmark and a sticker to acknowledge that they are ready and willing to take part.  The money you raise goes towards providing books and storytellers for sick children in various hospitals nationwide.  In addition to this, 20% of all money raised goes towards new books for our school.

Nb. Date for your diaries, we will be holding a Scholastic book fair from 10th December 1/2 price books, just in time for Christmas!
